Our reception is staffed as follows:

Sundays and public holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

A late check-out is only possible by arrangement. Costs per hour started: €15.00.

Use of the sauna is exclusively for hotel guests. (between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.) For energy reasons, we only heat the saunas upon request! Please contact reception to do this

Bath towels and bathrobes are available at our reception (while stocks last).
Bath towels are free of charge, but we charge a cleaning fee of €5.00 per piece for bathrobes.

A Wi-Fi hotspot system is available in all rooms for free use of the Internet.

Children are welcome in our house.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Our hotel rooms can accommodate a maximum of 1 baby bed.

Pets/Dogs are permitted in our hotel upon request. However, not in all hotel rooms. In our main and guest house it is possible to book hotel rooms with pets/dogs. Please register a pet/dog when booking . We charge one for a pet in a hotel room Fee of €15.00 per pet/dog and day. Dogs must be kept on a leash in the hotel.

Non-smokers!
All of our rooms are designated as non-smoking rooms. If you would like to smoke during your stay in our hotel rooms, we recommend that you book a room in our guest house. The rooms here have a balcony or terrace.

Parking options - A sufficient number of private and public parking spaces (including parking spaces for disabled people) are available free of charge. Reservation is not required.

You can pay in our house with these credit cards.

Payment by invoice (account) is possible for companies. For this purpose, a detailed declaration of cost assumption must be submitted before arrival.

Unless otherwise agreed, the following cancellation conditions apply to a standard booking:
Cancellations and changes made before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival are free of charge. Cancellations and changes made late as well as no-shows will be charged 80 percent of the price of the entire booking
